Quality, Comfort & Functionality
The Radium boot has a removable liner with its own quick-lace system. Coupled with the main lacing system, your foot will stay in place and ensure that you have the support to run hard. As an example of how KLIM looks at the small things, the heel area of the liner has a one way material that when it makes contact with the boot, helps lock it in place so you don’t get the liner floating inside the main boot.
KLIM has incorporated a number of features and technologies into its Radium GTX snowmobile boot to add as much value as possible. Forward Flex - perfect support for rider-forward riding; Dual Durometer Rubber Sole – provides protection & grip for aggressive running boards AND specific grip for snow; Stiff Last Board – stiffens sole, disperses shock & protect bottom of feet; Internal EVA Foam – cushions & protects tops and tips of toes; Kicker Toe – prevents toe abrasion; Zonal Lacing System – keeps boot tight while lacing; Rubberized Spine – controls flex, adds support & keeps snow gaiter in place.
Gore-Tex® Technology – the Promise to Keep You Dry
Like all KLIM products, Gore-Tex® is used to make sure that the sweat your feet generate (up to 1 pint/day) is able to exit to the outside; and of course Gore-Tex makes sure that outside rain/snow/wet isn’t able to get at your feet. If you are able to stay dry, it is really easy to stay warm.
