To address the issue of keeping you dry, KLIM uses GoreTex to not only keep inclement weather off of you hand, but allows the sweat your hands generate to be expelled back into the outside.  In regards to warmth, it is easy to stay warm when you’re dry so GoreTex helps with that as well.  The Togwotee glove also has a removable arctic fleece liner which helps transfer moisture to the GoreTex membrane as well as is key in retaining your body heat.
